How reports are reviewed
We compare reported issues with current primary sources such as official product documentation, pricing pages, policies, and service notices. Commercial requests do not receive preferential treatment.
How corrections are handled
Minor wording or formatting problems may be corrected without a separate notice. Material factual corrections are updated promptly and reflected in the page’s reviewed or updated date when they could affect a reader’s decision.
Differences of opinion
A provider or reader may disagree with an editorial conclusion. We will correct inaccurate facts, but we do not change a documented judgment solely because it is unfavorable.
